Chiar și pentru practicanții de BJJ și de MMA, această submisie este foarte rar întâlnită, deoarece este greu de setat și de realizat acest procedeu.
După cum veți vedea și în video, adversarul submis bate aproape instant de la durere, ceea ce denotă brutalitatea procedeului.
